Old Hidalgo County Courthouse and Jail
Bridge and Flora Street, Hidalgo
(Go south on 10th or 23rd Street to Hidalgo - about 10 miles)
Built in 1886 this complex served as county jail until 1908, when the county seat was moved to Edinburg. It is listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
